HEALTH & SAFETY MEASURES OR OUR STAFF AND GUESTS

As we prepare to open this month, we wanted to make you aware of the measures in place to ensure your safety with us at The Eighteen Hospitality Group. It is our utmost goal to give you outstanding and safe service. Here is our guide for opening:

OUR PROMISE TO YOU:

  • We will adhere to all local, provincial and federal guidelines for COVID-19 precautionary procedures.

  • We will complete a health screening checklist with all team members at the start of each shift.

  • We will provide adequate social distancing opportunities for all our guests.

  • We will schedule longer gaps between reservation times for cleaning.

  • We will continue to maintain the highest medical sanitation standards which include; Using medical grade sanitizer, clean surfaces in all areas after every guest.

  • We will make hand sanitizer readily available to all guests and staff .

  • We will assure all staff be required to practice social distancing with each other.

  • We will assure all staff are required to wear masks.

  • We will assure all outside vendors and sales representatives will not be allowed in the facility while guests are present and only then with limited access when necessary.

 

PREVENTING COVID-19 IN THE WORK PLACE

Ensuring our employees are well and fit for work:

  • Employees should not return to work if they have fever or symptoms of COVID-19.

  • Employees are asked to complete a health-screening questionnaire before each work shift.

  • If employees develop symptoms while at work, they should notify their supervisor and return home.

  • Remember! If physical distancing is difficult to maintain, employees are recommended to wear a cloth mask to help protect others from asymptomatic transmission.

  • to remind customers and employees about physical distancing.

  • posters promoting hand-washing and respiratory hygiene,

  • curbside pick-up will be available.

  • Post a physical distancing plan: Think about how you will maintain distance between customers and employees. Display the details of your plan clearly throughout the store and at the entrance.

  • Ensure disinfecting tissues and alcohol-based hand sanitizer are available.

  • cleaning and disinfection guidelines for public settings. This includes frequent cleaning of public spaces and frequently touched surfaces.
